Bradley is a public relations expert with extensive experience in business strategy, high-stakes communication, and organizational development. He has been Chairman of National Grassroots & Communications since 1995.
In 2009-10, he was retained by the world’s leading technology companies to direct a global code of conduct for the industry. Brad is developing international programs for the companies, and is directing new initiatives for the industry in Asia and the US.
In 2007-08, he was retained to help one of the largest European defense companies win a $7 billion US military contract, develop a national coalition for consumer aftermarket industries, and establish a federal lobby organization for 20,000 independent pharmacies.
In 2005-06, he was retained by manufacturers of consumer after-market products to coordinate a case before the US Supreme Court, by the nation's leading manufacturer of cold and allergy medicines to manage a response to state and federal restrictions on pseudoephedrine sales, and by the US sugar industry to respond to market erosion by sugar substitutes.

Brad was also retained to develop national organizations for US industries, including the Generic Pharmaceutical Association for generic drug manufacturers, the US Soccer Foundation with proceeds from the 1994 World Cup, and Business for Affordable Medicine, a national alliance of Fortune 500 companies and Governors from 14 states.
Crisis Communications
Brad has managed many of the nation's most publicized corporate crises for companies such as American Airlines, ARCO Chemical, Food Lion, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Southern California Gas, and Wal-Mart.
He has also managed communication for numerous companies during high-stakes litigation, and has been retained by airline, consumer product, energy, financial, pharmaceutical, and retail companies to develop market strategies and respond to competitive pressures.
Brad is also CEO of the Situation Management Group, which provides crisis and management services to Fortune 500 companies from offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. He is also communications counsel at the Washington, DC law firm of McGovern & Smith.
He served from 1989-94 as senior advisor to the Republican strategy leader in the US House of Representatives, and from 1994-95 as vice president for public and government affairs at the Human Resources Policy Association.
Brad earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a master’s degree focused on business strategy from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He also studied organizational behavior at Stirling University in the UK, and international business at the London Business School and Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China. He is a graduate of the University of California.
