Doug Riggs

Riggs directs initiatives for NGC clients with Governors and state legislators.
He was a top aide to several members of Congress, and founded Northwest Grassroots & Communications in Portland, OR.
He most recently helped a coalition of business and government organizations obtain $2.5 billion in funding for transportation programs as part of the "Oregon Transportation Investment Act."
He is a graduate of Lewis & Clarke College in Oregon.
